Questions
When am I charged for an assessment?
When an employee finishes one and the report is produced. Invitations, reminders and abandoned assessments cost nothing.
Do credits expire?
Not while your subscription is running. If you cancel, unused credits are forfeited after 30 days.
What if we run out part way through a rollout?
People can carry on answering, but they cannot submit until you top up. Nobody loses their answers, and the dashboard warns you before you get close.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is monthly and you cancel from the billing page whenever you like. Your records stay available for 30 days after cancelling.
Do you charge for administrators?
No. Add as many as you like. You only pay for completed employee assessments.
Can we turn off the product recommendations?
Yes, with one toggle in settings. You can also replace our catalogue with your own approved suppliers, in which case no affiliate links appear anywhere.
