For employers
Getting people to do it is
the hard part.
easyDSE keeps the assessment short enough that people finish it, chases the ones who do not, and keeps the record either way.
£4.00 a month plus £1.00 per completed assessment. Nothing is charged until you subscribe.
Everything you need to run DSE across a business.
Invite everyone at once
Paste in a list of email addresses. Each person gets a link that signs them straight in. No accounts to create, no IT ticket.
Chasing that happens without you
Anyone who has not finished gets a reminder. Anyone whose assessment has gone stale gets asked again. You set the cycle, then stop thinking about it.
See where the risk actually is
Filter by risk level to find the people who need attention now, rather than reading 200 reports to find the four that matter.
Records that stand up
Every completed assessment is kept with the full answer trail, the findings and a dated PDF. That is what an inspector, an insurer or a claim asks to see.
Your suppliers, or none at all
Product recommendations are on by default. Switch them off with one toggle, or swap in your own approved catalogue and negotiated prices.
Health data handled properly
Your data lives in a UK region. We act as your processor under a data processing agreement, and retention periods for voice notes and photos run on a schedule.
What the law asks of you
Six duties. easyDSE helps with all of them.
These come from the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992, as amended in 2002. Using easyDSE does not discharge them. Acting on what it finds is what does that.
- Assess the workstation
- Regulation 2. A suitable and sufficient analysis of every DSE workstation used by a DSE user.
- Reduce the risks found
- Regulation 2. Act on what the assessment identifies, and review it when things change.
- Meet the minimum requirements
- Schedule 1. Screen, keyboard, desk, chair, space, lighting, reflections, noise, heat, humidity and the software.
- Plan work to include breaks
- Regulation 4. Periodic interruptions to screen work, built into how the job is organised.
- Provide eye tests on request
- Regulation 5. And pay for glasses needed specifically for screen work.
- Train and inform
- Regulations 6 and 7. Health and safety training before use, and information about the assessment and the risks.
